What does the personal training process look like?
Structured, motivating, and on your level. Sessions take place at LegendGym and are fully guided. Depending on your goals, you’ll train 1–3 times per week with full focus, support, and a clear plan.
Will Selim support me outside of training sessions?
You’re not on your own. Selim is available between sessions for questions on nutrition, motivation, and daily life. You get real support — not just booked appointments.
How soon will I see results?
That depends on you — but: Many clients report feeling more energized, stronger, and more structured within just a few weeks. Physical changes follow if you stay consistent.
